I do not know the complete meaning of the word "fully underwritten" Does that mean that the money is guaranteed but if the existing shareholders do not subscribe for SPP sufficient enough to raise 30 million, what is the situation. If I apply for $15k worth of shares and if they can not raise the required money to run the business, what is the risk of loosing that $15k. Since there is no brokerage fee, if my shares get allotted and see the SP falling below that, I can sell it off thus not risking further loss. If this is the case, why would it be risky to buy the shares at a discounted price.
