    Can you quote some facts about your satement that CHM will claim 100% of Jack Hills.

    You say CHM have nothing to lose.Can you explain how they will pay the bank back the 1million dollar loan.This court case is the only chance CHM have of getting any money.The thing that interests me is nobody has put a figure on what CHM might win in cash terms.Its been said many times but the backer will no doubt get most of the pay out should CHM win so for CHM shareholders I ask what do you expect to get if you win?
