If Chameleon can prove there was a fiduciary duty owed it, and has their claim for constructive trust upheld, MMX could loose the whole asset and CHM only has to give them back the money they put in!!!!!
Regarding the 1 million odd loan, I will ring CHM and ask why they dont do a rights issue to extinguish this debt.
The litigation funder would appear to be on commercial terms, which is around 30plus %
So upside if we win will probably be around $1b less 30% less $1m loan and say $40m that MMX has put in that still leaves a sh--load.
Here's hoping anyway LOL
