David25 what r u talking about with AVO having to pay cash to DIO shareholders who don't want to take shares? THe bid was a scrip bid - there is no cash payout to DIO shareholders and no additional debt created.
AVO has large institutional shareholders and can easily raise capital if required.. albeit at a discount. Nevertheless, much easier for it than for DIO or RMS.
