    I smell a rat! For someone who has invested before and been scammed, it's a wonder your first post ever is on AVQ and you ask what's the worst case! Is your name really Tyler, Matt, Jazz or come on what is it? But I'll bite and if a company wants my shares and offer me a premium price, which they would have to. I will now take $3.00 after the successful appeal thanks!
