Decan, I am assuming that the agreemnt for these shares was not made yesterday. Even though I have no idea I expect that the agreemnt would have been made when the sp was much lower The EGM is confirming the arrangement.
Similar to confirming the allocation of the Freedman shares. Freedman was allocated the shares when the price was trading at the 2-3 cent levels
