Someone has to have the worst corporate governance on the ASX. Obviously the starter of the thread believed PRR has it now.
The options handed out to the management today are apalling, regardless of how any person tries to justify it - plain and simple. I've been around the stockmarket quite a while now and this is up there with one of the worst things I've seen in regards to bonuses to management.
