sircorp your mistaken, they are rewarding themselves at ZERO/NIL/$0.00
The $0.009 is the 'spot price' they have used to value the gifted options/shares. If they used the appropriate spot price they would most likely get voted down as the $$$ amont would be well over $2 MILLION which is a tad excessive!
Buy yes they still want existing shareholders to pay 7c.
