MisterS PRR is discussing its phase II trial with the FDA (please re-read their ASX release last October), prior to the phase II commencement it will lodge an Investigation New Drug application (IND) and if the phase II goes well and generates statistically significant data then maybe they have discussed with the FDA what design/protocol it should look to in a phase III pivotal trial.
