tk100 not all businesses esp small businesses have the resources or capability to hedge currency risk
big mining houses etc - yes I agree they have no excuses that is what their Treasury is for but small-medium enterprises you are being too harsh
the A$ is driven by financial markets but it is govt policy that determines how the financial markets view our currency so we do have some control
I don't think they are a particularly bad govt but Howard is getting sloppy and complacent, they need generational change and I think Costello would make a far better PM than many think
