You really need to do some proper research regarding KBL management. They were conducting negotiations with Capri in the first week of November when they were completely blindsided by the Kidman move. The future of KBL was looking very secure following a couple of years of healthy exploration results which have effectively extended the mine life and upgraded processing facilities. Ask yourself why did Kidman take on the debt and such a large chunk of the shareholding in November and then suddenly "discover" KBL was "insolvent" - pretty poor use of KDR shareholder capital resources wouldn't you agree? Unless there was an ulterior motive.....obvious really.
