Worst performer

Out of all the resource shares I hold IBG over the past 12 months is by far the worst performing stock of all.
I had a look at the current zinc price this morning and it sits at $0.88 lb which is way up on its lows over the last year?
In addition the zinc stock level at the LME is at all time lows?
There has to be a limit how long one is prepared to sit and watch a stock non perform before you accept reality and move on.
The main concern I have are the lengthy delays caused by the never ending reports required by the Greenland government, the quarterly just released indicates to me that this process is by no means going to be approved in the short term?
One could be forgiven for questioning the level of our current share price in light of the zinc price and stock levels?
