Rudd is intelligent and extremely hard working, but...

Instead of high intelligence, I'd prefer a bit of street smarts and wisdom.

Instead of working all hours of the night, I'd prefer he release some control to a couple of his more capable subordinates and concentrate his own efforst on the big picture (particularly infrastructure and green tech).
