Words of wisdom coolgrace i concur.As mentioned previously this stock has been smashed we all know that; nothing new here, but beyond this mess is where the "Real Prize" is "Massive Upside Potential" and you'd reckon if we achieve those higher prices i.e. sp which we will in the not to distant future,then best to raise new equity at much much higher prices if PEN needs to.The higher the better, that way we can offset any market volatility in future bear cycles i.e. delaying possible cap raisings as a result of short term bearish sentiment and low base sp as well as less dilutive for existing shareholders.Still holding pen and reckon this is a good opportunity to buy in the fear.I reckon If you can't run with the big dogs, don't get off the porch.
