    And how long till there is a verdict?

    Is it already giving them a bad reputation now?

    I figure thats the crux of it.
    A negative outcome might put off customers old and new, but to what degree who knows?

    Is it no biggie?

    (I havent been following all the threads of late so some of this may have already been addressed)
