Hangon let me turn on the LOUD speaker for all you hopeful EPT advocates. Basically the crux of the doc said, things are in order at EPT but dont expect anything dramatic in the short term ie this year. Expect the share price to move down into the low 70's.
Phase 3 is an issue, funding wise. I think phase 3 will make or BREAK EPT. So I think its beneficial to wait in the queue and wait for the EPT rollercoaster to come down of its hyped up horse and buy in at the low 70s where the stock utilmately would be now, if it wasn't for you rampers out there. There wont be much money in the bank after this year either for EPT. So lets keep the sliding scale going...
