Also they will need to issue several billion shares to the vendors should they ever get to the resource that you have stated.

Those two factors definitely make it a far different story. This is certainly not 200mt@60%fe for $7.5m.

And remember the shares that may be issued would be issued at a deemed issue price of 3c per share. So no matter if the shares are above 3c there will still be a truckload issued at that price no matter where the share price is at the time of issue...
