I have been watching Humm/Flexigroup for some time and decided to start buying last week for the following reasons .
1. Very cheap in comparison to its peers.Profitable
2. Provisioning for impairments should be partly written back in the half year .
3. Growth rate of new business seems to be accelerating .
4. Dividends should be reinstated shortly .
5. I think private equity would be all over the stock at current depressed levels ,need to look at board members to see how many have a lot of experience in private equity .
6. John Wylie is not know to let the grass grow under his feet and has 5% of the stock .
