I have plenty of knowledge on Cosol, but not interested in further justifying why it is a project services company. The original team are great people, so I'm glad they have their $20m guaranteed, they deserve it.
I just don't see value when a business bought for $20m (5 x EBIT) is now trading at 25 x EBIT. All that has occurred is it now listed, and incurring more costs of being a listed entity. In addition, none of the original team are on the Board or in senior management positions. That is a concern also.
Time will tell.
