I do not buy it though. For starters no one is annoyed that they picked up a tenement for $650. People are annoyed that they paid $3 million in shares for identical ones 3 months earlier.
So you are saying that if a company is granted a permit it costs $650 however if it purchases it off another company it is worth $3 million. Do you seriously expect us to believe this? There had been ZERO value added to this tenement as far as drilling, analysis goes. If you think this is normal practice you are very sadly mistaken. I don't think anyone would have a problem if GPN paid a reasonable premium due to Ap having to jump through the hoopps. This premium should be about $10,000 not $3 million.
Lets make this clear that there had been NO drilling or testing on either tenements.
