I am with you on this one. Can't understand why one is worth so much more than the other.
Is there a way we can find out whether the newly purchased tenament lapsed and who held it previously?
Might shed some light on how/why GPN got their hands on it cheaply. I'm not suggesting there isn't a good reason but like you have to ask in the face of the huge difference in consideration.
