There are other companies out there that do much worse. Anyone remember DRN? OCN? Diamond Joe? I am not condoning such activity but I don't pretend to be an influence, so don't just start bagging just yet until you finished reading this.

The company directors are also the major shareholders. So in effect they are also acting in the best interest of shareholders. For someone like me who has a small holding now compared to others I show no concern. Why? I don't have big cookies in it. I would be worried had I invest $75k at the 5c level prices and see the investment lose value, and I would be questioning some decisions. But the directors are accountable to the shareholders, who in turn they own the majority of the company. So who am I to question their decision which is made in the best interest of the shareholders (if not all then the majority ones) that is the company?

But at the end of the day, GPN is a mining explorer that is searching for economic resources. Not necessarily to produce themselves but to set it up and perhaps sell off. People, its all there. Just look back past our memory and attention spans.
