    My expectations are -

    1. NST would likely want to settle the litigation as they will want to move on from the EKJV.
    2. TBR/RNDs BOD will not walk away without restitution, damages and costs
    3. NST will have to dig deep for the (present and future) litigation to go away.

    AB has a reputation of fighting for his SHs, as being the largest SH it is also in his own best interests!
