Hopefully common sense will now prevail and EVN as the new manager of the JV will mine and treat all of the ore at equitable rates. EVN also paid big bucks for its ~20% holding in TBR so I can't see any merit in EVN pursuing NST's agenda of frustrating TBR & RND now that the Chairman has walked.
