TBR sought an injunction in January 2020 to preserve the JV status quo while the dispute went to trial. The only update since was in the half yearly report which stated "The EKJV litigation, as previously announced by the Company, remains ongoing. The matter was heard in the Supreme Court in mid-October 2020. The Company is awaiting the Court’s decision."
Hopefully the judgement will clarify the way the JV can operate going forward to avoid any further disputes
