The Independent Audit Report in the 2001/2002 ERG Group Financial Statements has the following warning:
".... attention is drawn to the following.... there is significant uncertainty whether the Company and the Group will be able to continue as going concerns and therefore whether they will realise their assets and extinguish their liabilities and commitments in the normal course of business and at the amount stated in the financial report...."
opinions please? I am not suggesting making a large investment but maybe a thousand dollars at the most?
