worth a flutter?

Anyone still following this small stock? I've watched for a while and can't quite decide whether to commit.
Greg Paramor has a good track record and I think FLK will do OK given time, but the capital raising at the lower end of expectations may stifle initial expansion. I like the investments made at Officer Karratha and Truganina.
Any views?
