re: announcement out - security returns... t4p, rather you than me, another essential for a good turnaround is usually fresh blood at the top, this has not happened. Possibly another interesting bit of research for you would be to get hold of the original prospectus for the IPO, have a look at the projections this could give you a good idea of the management which of course is still the same.
Hard to draw any conclusions from that announcement, positive or negative. I would have thought that if it was positive Transol would have shouted it from the rooftops.
