Hydrotech has acquired Universal Solutions Ltd (USL), a company incorporated in Hong Kong which specialises in the design and installation of technology and know-how in the area of prevention of water ingress into subterranean concrete and masonry structures and
which, via subsidiary Underground Solutions international Ltd (USIL), owns the rights to a proprietary method of electroosmotic dewatering of
subterranean structures using multiple low-voltage electrical pulse sequencing (MPS).
