ADY has just had a successful capital raising at 1.4
Over subscribed for the issue.
They used that $$ to 100% now own the Chile IO asset.
It is commaon practice for a sp to trade down to the new issue price for a bit and then recover.
ADY now 100% owns the Chile asset and has no debt and is 1.5c.
Investor loans that crashed were buying the stock up in 2007.
Those loans unwound with the GFC and the sp fell hard, hence the investors lost bigtime.
The co itself isnt responsible for the investor losses from the falling sp as this was from investor loan defaults buying the stock with loaned $$.
All the selling has been done IMO
SP at 1.5c, own the Chile asset, 1.4c placement done,
2009 started with a bang, be ready in start 2010
