Certainly good opportunity to buy low here at 1.5c
But the key to this stock is they should soon have a JV partner to assist getting a Port built to Export the Iron Ore from.
Some other stocks like FMG and AGO clearly had to go through the phase of sorting out rail + Port etc.
Its all part of the setup and no doubt the first thing under way once a JV partner is announced.
The sp is 1.5c at the mo because they had to make the recent 1.4c placement at an attractive price to reward shareholders for their patience. Usually after any placement a stock will fluff around at the placement price for a few days before it re-gains traction back to its fair value. IMHO about 3c or so for now.
I may buy a bit more this week coz if ADY starts 2010 like it started 2009 then Wahoooo 1c - 5.5c in 4 days.
DYOR but good value at 1.5c short or long term
