Value of PDN in January 2011, $3.26B, shares on issue 0.725B, share price $4.5
Reduction of SP due to dilution up to May 2016 [0.725B up to 1.712B] equivalent SP $1.9.
Less reduction in POU [$70 to $22] reduction of 70% = SP $0.57 giving a MC of $0.976B
Less the sale of 50% LHM [$0.976B - $0.371B] = $0.65B giving a SP of $0.35.
???
