Indeed the deal and announcement will be made soon. I think the Chinese must be getting more desperate by the day. I wouldn't be surprised if it's all wrapped up within a week or two. Once this is completed the spot will be back to around 30 and the share price will be above 40. All complete by end of November. Will be trading in the 40 to 50 cent range in December.
