agree with Dean. The chinese and koreans tend to invest longer term, and POSCO is no small fry.
Also Mark Lochtenberg as MD is big plus in itself.
IMO you could see 60c SP in 2009, and $1 -$2 next year, not to mention the always present threat of outright takeovers in the coal industry.
Have a read of their latest earnings reports and then make a more informed decision.
