Having the right management who have got respect in the market place is so important.
People trust this guys intellect and marketing know how.
As shareholders we invest our money into their hands to get a return on our investment.
If I don't have faith in management I don't invest.
It's that simple.
I have learnt from previous dealings this is a must.
