One of the companies AMP took over in order to make in roads into the British market. A complete disaster. The Henderson group was described as the jewel in crown of it's British acquisitions and was rumoured to be a prime takeover target and may still be. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
Fundamentally, growth doesn't look so hot. The company is trading at $1.39 as we speak and has a book value of the company is $1.68 - a discount of some 17%. Could be worth a bit of punt?
