Worth a Punt?

I have researched AGX as a possible buy. I am now hoping AGX shareholders might be able to provide me with a few answers. Since the AGX website appears undeveloped.

1. Why does AGX (a small market cap company) have a board of directors numbering seven in total?
2. The total number of shares after the consolidation is 31.455.160?
3. AGX has a market cap of just under $1,300,000. Why so low?
4. Current buyer price is 2.6c as opposed to the last trade at 4c? Why is there such a huge gap?
5. In the 'About AGX' section of the company's website there is a biotech history of the previous shell company but no actual mention of what AGX currently does. Yes there is a click here reference to another site.
6. In the 'Investor Relations' section it reads: 'Agenix Limited is a biotechnology company based in Melbourne, Australia.' Why the secrecy? Can't management be bothered to update the activities of the new company or do they think it a waste of shareholder's funds to do so?
7. The company seems to have only one product for sale: an electronic switch?
8. In what way is this electronic switch (with microprocessor) superior to its much larger competitors in the USA (GE) or Europe (Siemens)?
9. Surely real-time data response is now a standard service offered by many in the industrial areas they seek to profit from?
10. Bottom line is AGX one hell of a bargain or a dud best left alone?
