    vpe is a quality stock, cash flow positive and has been profitable since it listed in 1984.. it was recently included in the guiness book of records as the most succesfull oiler with 69 succesful dry wells in a row, it also has plans to t/o wpl by issuing more paper... i recommend you sell your house and buy as much as possible..
