no reason, just used a figure to highlight how dilutive an issue of equity would be. other point is that given the position of AMA you would think they would hardly bother going through a rights issue or institutional placement unless they were going to pick up at least $1,000,000. As for issuing equity uummmm hello??? ama needs cash now!!! and its either debt or equity to shore up their finances and I'd say they have between buckly's and none of getting further debt. time will tell. its only two more trading days before the divvy is to be paid, so fingers crossed there are no nasty announcements before then.
