    "Datafast wishes to remind investors that the shares and options issued to the EFTel shareholders and the private investors in January 2003 will no longer have restricted status from 8 January 2004.
    The securities to be released include 156,306,614 options with an exercise price of 1c and an expiry date of 10 January 2005, and 652,868,196 ordinary shares"
