Can you buy over there and sell here (arbitraging)? If you can, that would pull the price down here to match the price in UK. A supply and demand issue, too many stocks available over there with less buyers to absorb the volume. This stock has a great potential as most of us here believe and if more buy than sell than it move up or it wouldn't.
