No mention of other RAM techs in the report which I find unusual, only comparison to other semiconductor ASX listed companies such as BRN and XPE which are in no way competing with 4DS.

A bit of news coming out for 4DS which is broadening exposure.
I don't think 12c is on the table right now since there is absolutely no measure of reliability or testing on the 40nm, other than a proof of concept that they can write and store at minimum 1 cycle of data through a 40nm chipset.

I still think their original 5c target is more reasonable than 12c.
