re: worth a read : qtk superior Sorry to disappoint you this-is-it but your opinion is quite wrong. In fact in Europe the marking system has been in place for quite sometimes and did not work.
Luxury car (and also non) are stolen daily in great quantity and then exported to eastern Europe countries and Middle East where marked or not they still have huge market even without being dismantled. It is a matter of fact that insurance companies over there are granting huge discount on premium if cars have installed a satellite tracking system (by the way no one at QTK level at mom) while with marking system discount is close to nil. .....and this is fact !!
