Just received a recommendation to look at PEO again. Feel off the radar screen with all the comotion on Uranium et al. So where is the company at
1. John Stanton looks like hes making a good fist as CEO as I have noticed as a client that response times on the call centres in considerably quicker than last year.
2. Telstra 3 has done well and there is some love back in the sector again.
3. PEO's cash balance is going up circa $4M at the moment, a good reflection that it is making money rather than the spin and accounting policies that can manufacture profitability from other telcos.
4. They have clients of the right type and nature and decent revenues albeit small margins for someone to have a nibble at them I reckon, and buy an instant client list rather than growing one organically.
5. Yes I just bought some so I am talking my book!
