Considering that one of the directors bailed out and dumped 4 million shares recently, you have to ask yourself, what hope is there of an imminent JV, and without one, what chance of lasting. Feels to me like they are dragging this one out to the finish, whilst drawing an extra salary on top of their other more serious business interests.
