Definitely agree that nothing will be happening until the capital restructure - little bouncing - but the certainty of the capital structure is where it's at. In a perfect world it should be successful - but enough SRS or PXUA holders may feel ripped off. Who knows.
If successful - definitely a stock to watch short-term. Not so much for gains based on operations; but shares trading hands by significant holders jostling for board representation.
