The small punter, trying to "outguess" the market in CPN will be pitching themselves against the institutional type market player.

The latter are the very ones CNP will be looking to (in part) for future funding.

So I ask the question: Who is in a better place to know the current "feeling" towards CNP in the debt market? To be sure, the insto's have much greater access to market info and financial models than the mere street punter.
