Yes, I have been thinking the same thing.


While I understand that AMP is tied to returns from the market and the market has dropped recently, it is very frustrating to watch this drop no matter what the market does. Any day that the market is down this gets hit hard. But on Friday the market was up 60 odd points and this remained unchanged. I have also noticed that AMP opens up lately above the previous closing prices but then gets sold down and more often than not closes lower regardless of the all ords index. All I can think of is that those who bought when it closed at $7.67 a couple of weeks ago are selling down but hopeully this will not last much longer.

How should we expect the market to react when they release their results later this week?
