I think that's one way to win the customers back because if they retail their products the same or below the wholesale price they end up in breach of the rules and will incur a very heavy fine, that is why all those free riders are very lucky they are setting on a profit no matter what while Telstra is the one maintaining the network which is not cheap to run always end up the loser and people are complaining that the company is very expensive than the rest and they don't understand that that's the way it works not allowed to bring their prices down.
