This depends on your investment plan.
IMO TLS has no future and will be on a continued downward trend.
Having said that, no shares are bad shares, only price matters. If TLS is oversold, you can join the fun for a short term bounce.
I personally have made profits on TLS and telco shares, I do not currently hold TLS.
